You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use lucu4d services. Online gambling is restricted to adults only. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years old or older and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

When registering for an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You may only create one Account per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you are responsible for all transactions and bets placed.
lucu4d is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership.
You must provide requested documents within 7 days of our request. Failure to comply may result in Account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or closure. We may use third-party verification services to confirm the information you provide.
lucu4d accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25,000 for e-wallets and Rp 50,000 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account status. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though bank transfers may take up to 15 minutes during peak hours.
You may only deposit funds from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to reverse any deposit made from a payment method not registered in your name and to close your Account if third-party funding is detected.
lucu4d does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees, for which we are not responsible.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account Balance at any time, subject to these Terms and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or payment method registered in your name and previously used for deposits.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours (09:00 - 21:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday). Requests submitted outside business hours or during Indonesian public holidays may take up to 24 hours to process. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 may require additional verification and take longer to process.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Daily withdrawal limits vary by Account status: Bronze members have a daily limit of Rp 10,000,000, Silver members Rp 25,000,000, and Gold members have no daily limit. We reserve the right to split large withdrawals into multiple installments for security and operational reasons.
Withdrawal fees may apply depending on the payment method and withdrawal frequency. The first withdrawal each month is typically free of charge. Please contact customer support for current fee schedules.
As part of our commitment to preventing money laundering, you must wager deposited funds at least once before withdrawal. For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 1,000,000 before withdrawing. This requirement applies to all deposits regardless of whether you claim a bonus.
lucu4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time of the promotional offer.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement, typically ranging from 10x to 40x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must wager before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of Rp 3,000,000 before withdrawal.
Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10%, and sports betting 50%. The contribution rate is specified in each promotion's terms.
While wagering a bonus, you may not exceed the maximum bet limit specified in the bonus terms (typically Rp 50,000 per bet). Exceeding this limit will void the bonus and any associated winnings. You may not withdraw funds while you have an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements unless you forfeit the bonus.
lucu4d reserves the right to void bonuses and close Accounts of users engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, colluding with other players, using automated systems or bots, or any other activity we deem abusive or contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
All casino games on lucu4d use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are determined by the game provider and cannot be manipulated by lucu4d or the player. Sports betting odds and results are determined by actual sporting event outcomes.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue, all affected bets and payouts may be voided. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and rectify the situation fairly. Our liability is limited to the return of your stake in the case of a malfunction.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds:
We reserve the right to impose betting limits, restrict access to certain games, or limit withdrawal amounts on individual Accounts at our sole discretion. This may be done for risk management purposes, suspected fraud, or other operational reasons.

If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, we strongly encourage you to use our self-exclusion feature, which will prevent you from accessing your Account for a period of 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanently. The lucu4d name, logo, and branding are trademarks of lucu4d. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using lucu4d, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy.
We use SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial information during transmission. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, lucu4d, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, service interruption, or system failures.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of lucu4d services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your Account in the 12 months preceding the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.
We are not responsible for any losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our services, please first contact our customer support team at [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your issue promptly and fairly.
If we cannot resolve your dispute through customer support, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable in Indonesia. The arbitration shall be conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, and shall be governed by Indonesian law.
By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against lucu4d.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, or for risk management purposes.
Upon termination for cause, we may forfeit your Account Balance and any pending winnings. If your Account is closed in good standing, your remaining Balance will be returned to you.
lucu4d reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. If you do not agree with any modification, you must cease using our services and close your Account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms or your use of lucu4d services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific promotion or bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and lucu4d regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
